How much commission do I earn?

  • 10% on every eligible referral (before taxes/fees).

What are the prices and examples?

  • 1 Unit: $60 + tax → $6 commission.
  • 7 Unit Package: $315 + tax → $31.50 commission.

How long do cookies last?

  • 60 days. Last valid click wins. Coupon code may attribute if assigned and used without a click.

Why is there a hold period?

  • 30 days to allow for refunds/chargebacks; then earnings are marked Approved. 

When do I get paid?

Monthly Net 30 (e.g., January earnings paid by end of March) via PayPal or bank transfer;

Any traffic restrictions?

  • Yes. No brandterm bidding, no directlinking paid ads to Shiminly, no adware or spam; FTC/ASA disclosure is required. 

What about subscriptions or school licenses?

  • Unless expressly listed as eligible in the dashboard, they are excluded from commissions.

What if my account is inactive?

  •  90 day dormancy may lead to deactivation; small unpaid balances may be forfeited.
