Welcome to Shiminly! These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you ("you" or "Learner") and Shiminly Inc. ("Shiminly," "we," "our," or "us") when you create an account, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use any service offered through courses.shiminly.com or shiminly.com (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Children & Student Privacy Notice, and Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

- Age requirements. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digitalconsent age in your country) to open an individual account. Learners under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Schools or organisations may create managed accounts for students under separate agreements.
- Accurate information. You must provide current, accurate information and keep it updated.
- Account security. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
- One account rule. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account or subscription to anyone else.
- Subscription model. Shiminly’s self-paced catalog is available via a single USD $60 subscription (USD $15 total bundle discount) that grants access to all paid courses for six (6) months from the subscription start date.
- No autorenewal. All paid plans are one-time fees. We do not automatically renew or rebill your card after the initial purchase. To continue learning after completing a bundle, you must place a new order.
- Pricing. Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or currency fees.

Secure payments. Transactions are processed by PCIDSS Level 1 gateways. We never store full card numbers.

Refunds. You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided you have not completed more than 25 % of the first paid course. Submit requests via support@shiminly.com.
You retain ownership of any projects, posts, or submissions (“UGC”) you upload but grant Shiminly a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display that content for learning purposes. All Shiminly materials remain our intellectual property.
You agree not to: -
Violate any law or regulation.

Share, sell, or publicly post course content or answers.

Upload unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing content.

Use bots or shared credentials to bypass access controls
Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, and legal action.
Learners who successfully complete all three lessons will automatically receive a digital certificate and Life Skills Report. Certificates are for personal achievement only and do not confer formal academic credit unless stated otherwise.
The Platform may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or availability.
“Shiminly,” the Shiminly logo, NOVATRAX®, LSE Mastery™, Summit™, Stride™, Synergy™, and related marks are trademarks of Shiminly Inc. All course content, site design, and software are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We employ industry-standard encryption, conduct regular penetration tests, and maintain an incident response plan. Shiminly is Cogniaaccredited and committed to continuous improvement. Our data privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy and Student Privacy Explainer.
Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that completing a course will ensure academic or employment results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiminly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount paid by you to Shiminly in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shiminly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflictoflaw principles.

Informal resolution. Please contact us first at legal@shiminly.com; most concerns can be resolved quickly.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Shiminly agree to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

EU/UK and other consumer rights. If you reside in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, or India, nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer‑protection rights you have under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product banner at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
