This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) explains when and how Shiminly Inc. (“Shiminly,” “we,” “our”) issues refunds for purchases made on courses.shiminly.com. It applies to individual learners in our Phase 1 regions (United States, United Arab Emirates, and India) and serves as guidance for other markets until expanded policies are published.
In short: Full refund within 14 days if you’ve completed ≤ 25 % of the first paid course.

School & enterprise licences: Different terms apply under separate contracts; please refer to your institutional agreement.
1. Email refunds@shiminly.com with:
- Subject line: Refund Request – [Order ID]
- Your registered email address
- Reason for the request (optional but helps us improve)
2. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and investigate eligibility.
3. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
We generally cannot refund if:
- The 14 day window has passed.
- You have completed more than 25 % of Course 1 or any subsequent paid course.
- Your subscription was purchased through a third party reseller (contact them directly).
- You were suspended for violating our Terms of Use or Code of Conduct.
Shiminly does not offer partial or pro rated refunds for unused time after the 14 day period. The USD $60 fee is a one time charge granting 6 month access to all paid courses.
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under:
• U.S. state consumer protection laws
• UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection)
• India Consumer Protection Act, 2019
If those laws grant you a longer cooling off period, we will honour the longer period.
Refunds are issued in the same currency and via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to post the credit. Shiminly is not responsible for exchange rate differences or bank imposed charges.
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer before contacting us, the investigation process may take longer. Submitting fraudulent chargebacks can result in account suspension.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or our business model. Material changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance via email or an in product banner.
